Delivery

To keep things as simple as possible we only charge £3.99 for all mainland UK deliveries and offer free UK delivery on all website orders over £100.

We know you will be looking forward to receiving your order so it’s important to us that it arrives with you in the fastest possible time. Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days and sent via Royal Mail or courier. If an item is temporarily out of stock you will be contacted within 24 hours and we will send you information about future availability or a suggested alternative product.

UK Non-Mainland Standard Delivery

Delivery is charged at £8.50. This is a 3-5 working day service.

European Standard Delivery

Delivery is charged at £15. This is a 4+ day service.

Rest of the World

For delivery outside of any of the above, please drop us an email at hello@thevintagebay.co.uk and we will be happy to help provide a shipping quote.

Please note that International deliveries may incur further postage costs based on the final weight and size of packed orders. You will therefore be contacted prior to the dispatch of your order if further postage costs are required.

Please also note that if your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.

We want to keep you as up to date as possible, and therefore once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order is on its way to you.

Collect From Store (Hitchin, Hertfordshire)

With our click and collect option you can pick up your order from our store at 23 Churchyard, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG51HP, free of charge. Items will be available to collect 24 hours after your order is placed (please be sure to check our up to date opening hours as we do close our Hitchin store on a Monday. If you’d like to collect on the same day as your order is placed, please call the store on 01462 339108 to ensure your products are ready.

Please bring with you your order number and one form of photo ID.

Some of our products (larger vintage and reclaimed items) are only available to collect from store and if this is the case it will be clearly displayed on the sales listing.
